NOVEMBER 2013 – PRS ENDORSEMENT
What an honour it is to now be endorsed by PRS Guitars/Paul Reed Smith! Take a look at my PRS Artist Profile page. S2 Starla is sounding and looking awesome! Big thanks to Jacob Freeman for the badass photo too!
I absolutely love the PRS S2 Starla! It plays like a dream! It has such a rich and full tone on the Humbucker pickups, but allows for a great middle cut when pulling the tone control for the coil splitting feature. The vintage style of the guitar fits my music perfectly and the Bigsby Tailpiece is badass! It’s definitely my number one guitar at the moment. Big thanks to PRS artist relations rep, Rich Hannon, and guitarist, Bryan Ewald for the awesome hookup! Great to join the PRS family!’

We had a fantastic day shooting my first music video for the first track ‘Summer Daze’ from my debut album ‘Delta Devil Dreams’. We took a road trip with some guitars and a 1965 Mustang. It was awesome! A big thanks to Wild Horses Ltd and to The Forest Of Black!

JUNE 2013 – EPK (Official)
The Electronic Press Kit (EPK) was recorded during the firming of the album. It is worth watching as it gives a some good insight into some of the songs. I hope you enjoy the insight.
SPRING 2013 Update
For the past year I have been writing songs for my debut album. Via weekly Skype video sessions with my producer and manager, Guy Eckstine, we refined the concept and narrowed the song list down from 25 to the final 14. During my spring break from Leeds College of Music this past April 2013, I flew to Los Angeles and recorded my debut album at Kingsize Soundlabs, with Guy producing and on drums ; Tim Lefebvre on bass, and Alan Okuye on Hammond Organ and keyboards. The album is rockin’ real hard with an indie pop rock feel with bluesy riff-based guitar vibe. This record also features my debut as a lead vocalist – I hope you will love it! We took a lot of pictures and have made a great EPK video presentation of the making of the record. Now it’s time to put together a smokin’ hot band in the UK, learn the material and hit the road!
The album, “Delta Devil Dreams” will be available on iTunes shortly!
I am delighted to announce that I am now being managed by Guy Eckstine, President of Iconique Music Group. Formerly Director of A&R at Columbia Records, VP of A&R at Verve Records and Creative Manager at Virgin Music in America, Guy’s record productions have won four Grammy Awards and he currently serves on the Board of Governors, The Recording Academy, New York Chapter. During his career, he has worked with Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock, Chris Botti and Frank Zappa amongst others and I am very proud to be working with someone of Guy’s calibre. At the moment, I am busy writing my own material and working with Guy on developing my career.
I am featured as one of the initial 21 up-and-coming young guitarists from across the world on “The Brotherhood of the Guitar” . The project was the idea of Robert M. Knight, the internationally acclaimed rock photographer, and has been sponsored by Fender and Guitar Center.
I was thrilled to once again be invited by Joe Bonamassa to join him on stage, this time at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. We jammed to the Freddie King song ‘(Look Over) Yonder’s Wall’ and ‘Blues Deluxe’. Another amazing experience performing with a great guy, good friend and an incredibly talented individual – in my opinion one of a kind!
